“I love my primal 7! I got it and was immediately impressed with the material it’s made of. I read the books and all info before starting. I did a few squats and was immediately in love. I’m on day 3 of the 4 week program that the literature suggests first. I'm excited as I am able to do things that I haven't been able to do in years. It has given me that extra support to build up my core and the rest of my muscle groups.

Since the Primal 7 suspension system doesn’t require clients to hold up their body weight in their arms and hands, suddenly key body movements became accessible for the first time in years.
